This place is a joke. They sell garbage and don't stand behind it. Bought parts years ago that did not fit (I did not buy the wrong parts, they were just incorrectly made) and they wanted to charge me a restocking fee. Tried to tell me their "technicians" are competent. I guess someone who was working at McDonalds last week with an hour online "training course" is considered competent. How is your rating 1 star and you are trying to argue with customers? You are the problem!

My name is Miguel I purchase over 1600$ in parts and had bad experience in receiving my shipment parts where missing for my thunder drag bike , like caliper rotors axle assembly and spacer on the minbike also try communicating with them over the phone her name was tatiana and she was no help also rude I won’t recommend shopping here att all iam business owner myself and her services was unacceptable
so thier call system just sends you a link to thier website and hangs up if you say you want to talk to a person you have to say your placing a order, plus If it's not in stock they just are done trying its not I can order these or these are just back ordered "nope those are all we have"
I would avoid doing business with this company. They are local to my area. Wanted to see a bike they have advertised before buying. Seemed like a fare thing to ask given the dollar amount. They did wheel out the bike. The two staff where very friendly helpful. While asking questions the owner of the company starts barking at his staff and i. Asking why are you even talking to them, they don’t know anything. All your doing is asking questions. I maybe talked to his staff for a total of 90 seconds. I feel bad for the staff. They were visibly embarrassed. If this is how the owner talks in front of customers, I would hate to see what happens behind doors. Also selling a bike that was a display model with visible damage for full price with out dmv paperwork is an huge issue. After more research I would look at other companies.
