No show for a settlement clean with handover to new owners the next day. Received a reminder of the booking the day before and confirmed but no one showed up. Sent sms, email and a WhatsApp message no one responded. The people who have given a one star review are lucky, at least a cleaner showed up for the job….the bare minimum requirement of any job
We have been absolutely blown away by Pat and her team and would give them 10 stars if we could. Incredible attention to detail and impeccable service and communication. It truly seems like she has a magic wand - our home is sparkling and shining every week after she works her magic. We can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you Pat and team, we love you.

No one was prepared for the job that you all stepped into the other day, and the fact that you moved your schedule to accomodate this house of hell was SO appreciated. Initially we had a rough start with a booking that due to some booking errors… But not only did patty and her team provide a sincere and honest apology-they came back and did a complimentary clean that BLEW AWAY MY EXPECTATIONS! The standard of work and attention to detail is well beyond any other cleaning company that I have come across so far and I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you for not only turning a bad experience into a wonderful one- but for taking the time to show me that you truly are the best in the business on the Gold Coast:)
We engaged Pat and her team to take over our cleaning and other requirements for our airbnb. Today was her first clean and it was sensational, the specific attention to detail to make sure there was no dust behind the tv or in the robe tracks, on the fans, or window sills. The oven was properly cleaned and now looks brand new. The place has never looked better. LEGIT. We’ve had airbnbs for over 6 years and I wish we had her team onboard from the beginning!! So grateful to have found her service!
