I was at a different shop and asked for a graffiti styled color tattoo with multiple elements tied together in the art. We spent about 8 hours together and you can see the results... the image with mostly black ink. I had to move on to another a shop and very fortunately found Aj who was able to take what had happened and turn it into something really amazing. There is some cover up work and he worked with the elements that were already started to create an amazing piece. I'm still planning to go back and continue, but I absolutely love it
I booked my tattoo 2 weeks in advance, and after doing a lot of research, I picked AJ to get the job done. We went back and forth on design ideas for a coverup of the big tattoo I got 5 years prior. We basically recreated the entire tattoo from the ground up, I came back for two visits, and I could not be happier about the result, but also how professional and hospitable the whole team was! The tattoo parlor feels very clean and upscale. If you’re looking for someone to work with you and figure out the most ideal design for a coverup or a new tattoo, AJ is your guy! I already have my next appointment booked 👀
WOW. Lemme tell you, I have never in my life been to a more friendly tattoo shop then this. I came in to get my tatas pierced. I was walked through the entire process by TEARANIE!! When I tell you this lady has the most efficient process for piercings I MEAN IT. She was so quick, neither of my piercings hurt. And get this, THEY DIDNT BLEED OR HAVE ANY HEALING ISSUES. I’m beyond impressed with her expertise and dedication to this profession. I will always recommend miss Tearanie for any future body mod. She made me feel so comfortable and made me look like a baddie💖 1000/10
I had an amazing experience at Gold Dust Tattoos, one of the top shops in Dallas. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed—the shop doubles as an art gallery, with beautiful paintings on the walls, and even features custom leather bags designed by Char McGaughy, the owner and artist. Both the artwork and bags are available for purchase, making the space truly unique. I scheduled a consultation with Char to discuss the tattoo I wanted, including the size and placement. She was an excellent listener, suggested a few thoughtful changes, and encouraged me to share my feedback. A few days before my appointment, she sent me the updated drawing, which I absolutely loved. On the day of my tattoo, Char was fully prepared and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process, which took just over two hours. She was professional, thoughtful, and reassuring from start to finish. Overall, the experience was incredible—I walked away more than pleased with the final result. Gold Dust Tattoos is not just a tattoo shop, it’s an inspiring creative space and gallery. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Char and her team! V
Fantastic talent here, in the nicest, cleanest parlor I've ever stepped foot in. Outstanding experience from start to finish getting a matching tattoo with my daughter. Cannot recommend this place enough, our artist was Moi (@moitattoo on Instagram) but every single artist is just as insanely talented as he is. You will not regret your art purchasing experience here, they create masterpieces every day!
