Hygiene standards were not met at all. Gloves were worn improperly, and the treatment bed and overall environment appeared unclean. The Brazilian wax was applied extremely hot, which caused severe skin irritation, redness, and a burning sensation. Most of the hair came off painfully, and the sensitive area was extremely sore. After the service, I experienced prolonged discomfort and pain. I truly regret paying $50 and will never return. I strongly advise others to think carefully before choosing this place and to prfioritize their health and safety. Proper training and hygiene are essential for waxing services, and unfortunately, they were clearly lacking here.
I was excited to get a last minute Christmas Eve booking but didn’t realise I was getting my nails done by a Christmas casual who may not be familiar with nails . Just look at length differences on hands and I haven’t even shown the nail art - the petals don’t match and one nail got two flowers and the other one. I skedaddled after the mani and skipped the pedi … oh dear
Very very disappointed with the quality. The nail artist completely ignored me. Only realised she had one finished one hand. Left it in really bad quality. No happy at all. Do not go.
My friend and I went into get our eye brows waxed today , my friends look amazing. But then I went into get mine done the lady ruined my eye brows and took half of my eye brow off and realised she done it and then told me she was finished. She never cleaned or wiped my eye brows or anything I was in and out in 4 minutes. She was rude. And I now literally have half eye brows on both sides. My eye brows were red raw and still had wax all over them. Definitely won’t be going back.
I recently had my nails done here and the service was exceptionally rough. My fingers and nail beds were cut and bruised, to the point where now four days later two of them are very sore and inflamed. Not only this, the shellac was extremely thick and has already started lifting. The manicure hurt to the point I pulled my hand away twice. I paid elsewhere to have them removed properly and am now left with these huge indents across my nails from over filing during the process of getting them done, until they grow out.
