This family owned business provides excellent customer service. Knowledgeable. Honest! I have a watch from a different jewelry store. It wasn’t working after I put in a new battery. I went to the original store and after a big song and dance on watch repair she quoted me a price of over $200! No thanks, I’ll buy a new watch. My gut told me to go to the trusted people at Golden Sails. To my surprise there wasn’t a battery in my watch, previous rip off kept it. They replaced the battery, did a QUICK cleanup and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. They only charged me $10! Far cry from $200+ You can shop with confidence in this long established family owned and operated jewelry store.
Brought my bracelet in to get repaired and I figured it would be next week until I got it back. However less than 24 hours it was fixed and looking perfect. Plus I had an issue with my watch and the gentleman was able to fix it while I was in the store. This is going to be my go-to jewelry store, plus they have a gold bracelet that I like and I'll probably purchase at some point in time in the near future.
What a hidden gem of a store and such beautiful souls that own it. From the moment we walked in we we're welcomed like they knew us for years. The two lady's I spoke with we're friendly and so helpful. I had a ring that I came in to problems on getting it sized and finding a band to match it. So I had an online jeweler custom make me a ring mount and band that matches. When I got the ring, because the stone was moldavite, no jeweler wanted to risk taking it off the old band and placing it on the new one. Finally, I came across this store and I'm so glad I did! They took on the challenge and the prices were far better than the other stores. The ring is so beautiful now and I absolutely love it. I WILL BE COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE!!! The best customer service! The owners spent quiet awhile to help me find what I was looking for. They have different catalogs where you can see photos with exact jewelry size/shape. I was able to find earrings very close to the ones I lost. The shipping took only a few days, I am happy I found this place. Great family business and awesome jewelry selection. I will definitely be back for more. Highly recommend their services.
