Kevin installed a smart water shut off system. Of course our older home presented some challenges but Kevin was very creative and effective on getting the system installed. He was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and kind. I would highly recommend Kevin and the Goode team for your projects.
Brian R did an outstanding job replacing the cartridge in my shower and updating all the pipes and water lines under my kitchen sink. He explained each step of the process and why it was necessary, which I really appreciated. He also made an effort to reuse parts when possible to help keep costs down (and saved me money from the original quote). We weren’t sure if the new cartridge would eliminate the noise in my wall, but it worked perfectly. He even gave me tips on how to prevent the issue from happening again. The job took most of the day, and I truly value the time, care, and expertise he put into it.
Love Goode and its plumbers (technicians)! Scheduling was convenient and efficiently handled by the schedulers, with good communication from start to finish. Frank M. communicated when he was on the way for our appointment. He knew exactly what needed to be done and took care of it quickly and efficiently, and we now have a usable bathroom sink again! He also listened about another issue we had and provided information to us consider when we move forward with that project. Thank you, Frank M. And thank you, Goode, for employing knowledgeable guys (and gals) who are great at getting the job done.
Bryan Cosme a service rep from Goode Plumbing promptly arrived at predetermined time and inspected my catch basin. He noticed my drain line didn’t need rodding at this time, but he recommended my catch basin be vacuum out and power wash due to accumulation of dirt. He proceeded by stating up front what the cost would be and collected a down payment. He assured me a shop representative would contact me asap to schedule the work. Bryan Cosme left me impressed with his knowledge and expertise! When the cleaning is completed I will take pictures and pay in full for services rendered.Thank you Goode Plumbing for sending knowledgeable techs out to my residence! I’d like to also point out that Christopher N. and Craig N. made sure to prove to me that my catch basin had been vacuumed properly to bottom of basin. They physically got inside and used a probing rod to prove it out. I was impressed they left me with that reassurance of completion on clean out of basin. I’m greatly impressed by the professionalism exhibited by Goode Plumbing’s Techs and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to family and friends should they find themselves in need of plumbing/sewer services. Thanks again Goode Plumbing!
