I am satisfied by Goode Plumbing. Kevin and Joseph were punctual and efficient. Kevin was the plumber who assessed my bathroom issue. He took his time assessing the issue and providing the initial quote. He balanced his company’s policies with our situation’s needs with care and respect. He offered efficient solutions. He and Joseph worked on the issue in my bathroom. They explained the problem and walked me through options. They were punctual and their communication was great! Both my wife and I happy and relieved to have Goode technicians, Chip and his assistant, Caleb, serve our bathroom needs which were extensive. Namely, install ALL shower and bathroom fixtures / accessories. It was a two -day job, and one done well. No cutting corners. We will call-on Goode again for any and all plumbing servicing needs. We trust Chip’s tech skill: he’s an experienced craftsman, given what he demonstrated here over two days. Equally important, he’s honest. Ellen and I trust his judgement and his caring to do it right! Ditto for Caleb. That seems to be the Goode Way!
Called Goode for a simple gas line cap. Very professional shop with quality service from call center to dispatch and plumbing work. Ashton was very professional and did efficient, quality work. Had to negotiate price and still slightly above market but not surprising for a larger shop.
