Had a really positive experience with Goodman the other week. They sent Zac out to my home to do various jobs. I'm only coming on here to say not only was my experience positive; I'm really impressed. I hired them for a service and zac made me feel like I was getting more than just plumbing. He was clear, concise, and to the point. Not only did he do an amazing job, he left the place cleaner than what he walked into. I felt like I got my moneys worth plus more. He even followed up with a text a few days after to make sure all was well. I appreciate zac and Goodman. Price of the job was fair. I know this because I got 4 other estimates. If you want great work at a FAIR price, these are your guys.
I’ve used them for everything since I purchased my home about 5 years ago, both for HVAC and Plumbing issues. they have always been great with customer service, speed and price. My pipes froze at 6am on a Sunday, so I called…obviously super busy and then I called back with a general question 2 hours later. Whoever called me back was excellent. He gave me great tips on how to handle the issue which he didn’t have to do.
I initially called about fixing a toilet that kept running. The one piece toilet I had wasn't a quick fix nor is it something I could attempt to change the parts on. Zac (the plumber) showed up and had an answer for every question. He had a solution for every problem I had. He warned me before touching anything what could happen once we started touching things. Exactly what he said could happen, happened. Went to shut off the valve for the toilet, didn't work. Went to pull the toilet, the flange was completely disintegrated. Zac worked promptly and by himself. He installed a new toilet, a valve, and a new cast iron flange. I'm really happy with the entire situation and who Goodman sent out to to the job. I will be asking for zac specifically in the future as I know what I'm getting from him. 10/10, 5 stars, will call again and recommend. I do not ever leave reviews and literally went out of my way to leave this one because I think it's important for people to know they will be taken care of if Goodman sends out zac the plumber to their home.
Goodman is my go to plumber. They ran new water and sewer to my subdivided carriage house 3 years ago. A big job that was done well. Today they at no charge repaired a bad washer in the meter pit(which really was the responsibility of the water company but would have been garden to get them out timely). I appreciate them. With it getting cold now the water running down the driveway would have caused a safety hazard if I waited for the water dept. I am a realtor and often refer them to clients who have plumbing needs.
I needed a major job done and they came in significantly lower on their quote than another company. The job was well staffed and arrived before 8am. They had 2 teams working simultaneously in the basement and outside to replace my entire sewer line. They restored my water the same day and cleaned up well. They came back the next day and cemented the entire length of my basement. They didn’t have to, but were super kind in hooking my utility sink and washer back up and made sure it worked. They were pleasant and worked well with each other and it felt like they wanted to be there which makes the whole experience a lot easier. Additional plus is they accept credit card payments.
