Over the weekend I had an issue with a cracked tooth that quickly turned into an infection, which was extremely painful. I placed a call into Grand Rapids Dentistry on Sunday evening, and Monday morning the Grand Rapids Dentistry office staff were able to get me an emergency appointment with Dr. Baldwin. The care and empathy that Dr. Baldwin provided during my emergency appointment was simply put… overwhelming. I cannot express enough the level of appreciation I have for Dr. Baldwin and the entire staff at Grand Rapids Dentistry. Thank you for your overall care and personal attention that was provided to me. This type of care and compassion that Grand Rapids Dentistry gave me made my Monday less stressful, and most important less painful.
Tara is the most wonderful hygienist! My kids all love her. I took my 3 year old daughter for her first visit today and she was very nervous but Tara made her feel so comfortable. She was so happy and actually enjoyed the appointment. Dr. Baldwin is great too! Our whole family goes here.
I've only had one visit at this office, but my first impressions are nothing but positive. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and professional. Dr. Baldwin explained everything really clearly and didn't rush through my exam at all. She explained what she was looking for and what she was doing and just seemed very thorough in her examination overall. Scheduling was really easy and my out of pocket costs were determined and communicated ahead of time. I felt well taken care of and am very happy with my decision to go with this practice. Good vibes all around from everyone.
Mes trois garçons et moi venons dans ce cabinet. Le Dr S et son personnel ont été excellents pour prendre soin de mes enfants et de leurs caries. Mary est très compétente concernant mon assurance; il n’y a jamais de surprises à la fin des rendez-vous. Leurs hygiénistes sont très sympathiques et attentifs. Enfin, j'ai trouvé un cabinet où nous aimons vraiment aller !
