My dog did daycare and boarding and contracted kennel cough at the facility. While i understand this is a common occurrence with large groups of dogs, the company’s response was robotic and showed a lack of accountability. Also was promised photos I did not receive and had to reach out to get updates at all while he was there overnight. Factor in vet visits when looking at boarding prices.
Grateful Dog is the only place I would ever leave my doggie Prancer. She went to daycare full time when I worked , from the tine she was 3 for years. Now I'm retired but work part-time and Prancer has gone back to daycare. The staff is amazing , the owner Robert and all the staff treat and care for your dog like it's there dog. Anyone who is looking for a place to board there dog, have daycare, or for grooming services you must try the Grateful Dog. You will not be disappointed at all for the standard of care they provide and the loving that they give each and every dog at the Grateful Dog. Gail and Prancer
So thankful for Grateful Dog Daycare for accommodating Apollo into their busy schedule! Apollo had his temper tested one day and the next day, he was able to get his play AND spa time while we were out touring the town. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! They love their furry customers. Definitely worth a trip back. THANK YOU AGAIN!
Been going here for grooming for 8 years. Wonderful place. Always on time. They seem like they take really good care of the dogs.
I am so GRATEFUL that I found Grateful Dog Daycare! I've taken advantage of their overnight and long-term boarding services. As you can see from the photo, Ariel and I have trouble leaving one another. However, she always comes home healthy and happy after staying with the Grateful Dog Staff who are so very helpful and kind. If I could give more than 5 stars, I certainly would!
