Great experience overall! Loved the staff and doctors. Positive vibes and very nice to work with. I have a genetic heart condition that requires them to use a different type of numbing agent and they were super knowledgeable and accommodating to my needs. They made me feel very safe the entire time!
The BEST Dentist office around. Excellent staff, kind, caring, friendly and compassionate. Also accommodating to your schedule. If you are searching for a great all around inclusive Dentist office Great Lakes will not disappoint! Highly recommended, especially to hesitant (or scared of procedures 😳) patients. Erin the hygienist is a ray of sunshine, definitely one of my favorites. Pleasurable experience with every Dentist as well. There has never been an issue with handling a dental procedure, including getting you in immediately for emergencies
The office staff was very professional and courteous. My appointment started on time and everything was explained thoroughly. When the exam was complete I went directly to the billing office where I set up three appointments and was given a typed sheet that included the cost for each procedure, what my insurance will pay and my cost, to be paid on the day of service. Excellent report.
This was my first visit with Great Lakes Dental Care in Grand Rapids and I had such a great experience there. From start to finish, everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and welcoming. Kate, my hygienist, was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely thorough, attentive, and knowledgeable, while also being very personable and easy to talk to. She took the time to explain what she was doing, made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment, and clearly takes pride in providing excellent patient care. Her attention to detail and calm, friendly demeanor really made a difference. The front office staff was just as impressive. The receptionist was warm and welcoming when I arrived, which immediately put me at ease. Lindsey, who assisted me during checkout, was friendly, efficient, and helpful, making the end of my visit smooth and stress-free. I’d also like to mention Cheryl, who was the first person I spoke with a few weeks earlier when I came in to register and get signed up as a new patient. She was kind, informative, and very helpful, which made the entire onboarding process easy and pleasant. Overall, it’s clear that Great Lakes Dental Care has an outstanding team. Every staff member I encountered was professional, courteous, and genuinely cared about creating a positive experience. I always have a great experience at Great Lakes Dental Care! From checking in with the fast friendly team upon arrival, to having my teeth cleaned or filled, and setting up my next visit with the scheduling team, it’s always a positive experience. I am always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. My dentist Dr. Marsh, has a fantastic chair side manner! She always greets me with a smile and very caring disposition. Dr. Marsh is always letting me know exactly what she is doing as she cares for my teeth. I know what she is currently doing and what to expect next. She always puts me at total ease. Dr. Marsh does a complete and thorough job that I always have confidence in. I always recommend Great Lakes Dental Care to everyone I know!
