Great Southern Music does excellent work with fast turnaround. They recently did some repair work on my Martin as well as a full setup. They were super friendly, honest, transparent, and completed the work in the time quoted (two weeks, which is very fast for the work they did). My Martin has never played better. Overall, I'm very happy with their work. I live about an hour away from their shop, but it was totally worth the drive. Will definitely go back.
These guys are great. I went there in a little bit of emergency. They fixed me right up. Family owned and operated. Great father and son shop. I have know the dad for a little while and he reopened this shop on hammerly his repairs and set up are well worth the time and money. Thank you all Terry Davenport
I brought my guitar to the shop for a setup and it was the best $100 I ever spent. The guitar became so much easier to play which makes me wanna spend more time on playing since my fingers don’t fatigue so quickly. Also, Kevin is an amazing person. I wish I was his grandson. He’s so kind and knows so much about what he’s doing. Good sir, you’ve gotta stay healthy and stick around forever. You can’t, not allowed to go anywhere. Great Southern Music is where you belong. I love the Guitars… I bought a Taylor… very simple humble and kind business owner Mr. Kevin… I didn’t even know a music store is right around the corner… if you love music check this place out..
Exceptional customer service and expertise. Kevin transformed my diamond in the rough pawn shop find into my dream guitar. I delivered to GSM an out of whack Fender American Std Strat, I had started to regret purchasing, because it played terribly. After Kevin's pro set-up, this guitar is an absolute pleasure to play - it plays and sounds beautiful!! I am already planning on delivering one of my acoustic guitars to Kevin for a saddle replacement and thorough set-up. Thanks GSM-Kevin for a superb set-up!
