Ben was very responsive and quickly fixed the problem. He and his crew were friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. The second part of the job will be done once parts come in next week but I'm sure that will be completed well too!

Ben @ Green Home was incredibly helpful, responsive, and fast! I had an issue with a broken spring that dovetailed into a larger issue with the garage door motor...and Ben had everything assessed, priced out, and fixed by the end of the next day. Communication was excellent throughout. Highly recommend for any garage door issues!
We had a wonderful experience with Ben from Green Home Garage Door and Gate Repair! When our older garage door system broke, trapping our cars inside on a Saturday night, we contacted Ben and heard back from him within a half hour. He took time to look at our pictures and videos over the phone on a Saturday night to assess what he believed to be the issue, and he said he could come first thing Sunday morning. Ben arrived promptly, did a thorough inspection of our older system, and explained to us what the current issue was. He also told us about what he suspected could be another issue in the near future. He clearly broke down the pricing for parts and labor for the current issue as well as what it would take to fix the potential future issue now vs. waiting and needing to bring him back again. He was not pushy at all, and we appreciated his honesty. We decided to fix both issues, and our whole experience took just under an hour. Overall, Ben was extremely kind, communicative, prompt, honest, fast, and professional. And we would recommend him to anyone!
