A great local company with terrific service. Dave came out to replace our kitchen faucet when we were in a pinch and did a great job. He was courteous and helpful and did the replacement up right. I'd happily recommend Green Tech to friends with similar problems!
Dave was really kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was wrong with our faucet, what our options for fixing it were, & the pros and cons of each. He also taught us how to maintain the new parts he installed, so we wouldn’t end up with the same problem again. This was our first time calling a plumbing service, and Dave made it quick and easy. Thank you!!!
We were charged $275 for someone to come out the same day to fix our gas leak on our furnace, which I expected would be expensive for emergency work. That's fine. The tech only said we had a flame sensor issue (a ~$25 part we found out later that was still under warranty to begin with). We were charged another $875 for the repair on that part which took no more than 90 minutes. Not 4 hours later, the house smelled like gas again. The tech completely missed 2 very faulty parts even after the company ripped us off on the initial work. Now those parts are fixed, and the flame sensor again is now not working again. I have called upwards of 9 times in 2 days, texted, even replied to the Venmo payment (why you should only pay with CC), and they won't even reply. Absolutely unethical company exploiting customers for shotty work and I'll be reaching out to the city of Somerville, the BBB, and the MA AG unless I hear back and they come fix the issue today.
David came to fix our toilet on a Saturday afternoon. He was punctual, courteous, and communicative. The process was super simple and he made sure I didn’t have any lingering questions or problems! I’d recommend him and this company for future projects.
Came home after a 12hr overnight shift to water gushing out of the top of one of the water heaters. I sent a text to Green Tech and they responded with in 30 minutes. less than 2 hours later they were at the front door to check it out, 2 hours later had a new water heater installed. The Tech was polite and professional. Explained what he would do and the cost. If you live in Boston you know the cost for plumbing/heating/electric is a premium. But you get quality work for that price.
