My massage therapist Jennifer was great on my deep tissue. I will be back to see her for sure. My man is special and can't remember hos gals name but said she was great. Its the little things I pay attention too... the whirlpool that is generel area is dirty, if you look under the loungers it's bugs and dust. The windows at floor level are covered in mop juice. The staff are kind and friendly. Prices are same same as the local casinos. As locals we will try a few different places before we come back, but if all else fails I know I can count in Jennifer.
I really wanted to love this spa, but there were several issues that made the experience frustrating. First, when I called ahead I was told I could not receive the locals discount, even though it’s clearly listed on their website. However, when I arrived and asked again, suddenly it was available. Please have your staff get their facts straight—consistent information is important. Next, I was there from 10am to 5pm and the snacks were never refilled unless I specifically asked. For a spa that promotes relaxation and hospitality, this should be automatic. Also, the staff who bring guests in and restock items didn’t have the best attitude. A spa should feel welcoming, not like you’re inconveniencing anyone by being there. Overall, the facilities are nice, but the service and staff training definitely need improvement. This could be a much better experience with more attention to consistency and customer care.
Amazing experience! We did a couples massage and spent some time enjoying the sun. The snacks were great and there was water to stay hydrated. Cabanas were very relaxing but its first come first serve so keep that in mind! We'll definitely be back. Its a lot of quality for a decent price. Thank you guys!
I had a wonderful experience at the Green Valley Ranch Spa by Well & Being. The facility is beautiful—modern, clean, and very well maintained. It has a similar vibe to the Red Rock Spa, with a serene and luxurious atmosphere that’s perfect for unwinding. I booked a 50-minute massage, and it exceeded my expectations. The therapist was attentive, professional, and really helped me relax. I went on a Thursday, and it was pleasantly quiet—ideal if you’re looking for a peaceful, crowd-free experience. I imagine weekends are more lively, so weekdays might be your best bet if you prefer a more tranquil setting. One great perk: spa guests have access to the pool area, which looked gorgeous. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to enjoy it this time, but it’s definitely a nice bonus for anyone planning a full day of relaxation. Overall, a great spot to treat yourself or unwind after a long week. I’ll definitely be back!
I not only love the resort but the spa as well. I booked an 80-minute massage for my honey, and I put myself a 50-minute Hydro facial. My aesthetician Nikki was amazing. She had beautiful energy. She welcomed me with a huge smile immediately made me feel comfortable. I enjoyed my facial so much! She is very informative. I will most definitely be returning. This is a must visit even if you don’t come to the resort, if you’re in the area, I recommend coming to the spa. And as you know great facilities, they book up very quickly, so keep that in mind as well.
