I didn’t realize I had rodents outside of my home. So far, the specialists that have been coming to inspect the rodent box have been so knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions. I learned abt their existence and what types of rodent through their fecal matter. Phew! The specialist that came today, Bishop, was so polite and very respectful. I really appreciate great customer service. He was wonderful.
Phenomenal service! We had an urgent yellow jacket situation, and not only were they able to get us on the schedule the same day, they worked with us to provide a long-term treatment plan to keep them out of our yard with a payment plan. The tech that came out, Bobby, was supremely nice, professional, communicative, and most importantly he was efficient at getting the job done. There was a very massive (in my opinion) yellow jacket nest in the ground of our side yard that he removed for us without complaint and was even willing to handle it when we had to leave for an appointment. It was remarkable, the experience was all around amazing, I didn't feel pressured in any way, I am 100% satisfied with both the service and with the technician. I would highly recommend and will most likely continue using even after our one year plan is up because honestly, once I find a company that I genuinely like it takes a lot for me to leave them. And I like this company.
