This company “guaranteed” when I signed up for service and upon their first visit that they would eradicate my mole problem in 4 visits for $499. They were not successful. It was a total waste of money. Consumer BEWARE! Bad experience. I am also reporting to the BBB.
Mike was very friendly and super thorough. He took the time to walk me through each step of his process and made sure I understood exactly what he was going to do and how it worked. He also addressed my concerns about having pets and small children in the house.
Michael was courteous and efficient. He kept us informed on what he was doing and why. Came And let us know when he was done and that there were no problems. He's been to our house several times. He knows our situation and is wonderful. Please give him a $10 tip.
I have used these guys for over a year and possibly over two years. I have noticed a significant reduction in spiders and other unwanted critters on my home and in my yard. I gave them 4 stars because nothing is perfect. I have found that they are good with communicating when they will be applying their bug stuff well in advance of the appointment. If you have pets that stay outdoors for extended periods, then this is very helpful. Their technicians are always friendly and professional. They always announce their presence when they come and let you know when they’ve completed their application, if you’re home. If you’re not then they leave a door hanger upon completion and follow up with text or emails. I’ve been pleased with the results and do recommended them to friends.
Don’t notice many issues in the house anymore even tho we routinely miss them when they come and they can’t spray inside. Reasonable cost but the claim to de-web and I notice my deck and gazebo still have plenty of webs. Pictures are from today. Day of service!
