Very nice furniture and other home accessories. Very professional. My sectional sofa was exactly what was expected. The fabric swatch matched the sofa. Delivery was smooth, very nice gentlemen. I highly recommend Grossmans Furniture for all furniture and furniture fabric selected needs! Chris is excellent!! Superior customer service!!
We had a great experience with Grossman Furniture. We purchased a couch and two armchairs, and Michelle R. was wonderful to work with—very patient and helpful as we considered different models and color options. Our order was custom-made and took longer than expected to arrive, but that delay was out of the store’s control. In the end, the furniture is excellent quality and fits our décor perfectly. It was absolutely worth the wait.
Tina had so much patience while I explored different kitchen table and chair options. She even met us early at the store to test sit in the chairs. Today our chairs arrived and they are absolutely perfect. I highly recommend Grossman Furniture and especially Tina Montanari.
I had an excellent experience with Grossman Furniture. Chris provided phenomenal customer service. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating, making the entire process smooth from start to finish. I couldn’t make it to the store in person, but Chris made the whole process so easy and stress-free. The delivery was top-notch — everything arrived carefully packaged, and the delivery team was polite, professional, and efficient. They set up my furniture quickly and handled everything with great care. It’s been a year since our order, and I’m still just as thrilled with our furniture and the overall experience. Grossman Furniture truly goes above and beyond! We will definitely be ordering from Grossman Furniture again in the near future.
After the pandemic I try and shop small business. I learned not to do this with furniture. We shopped styles by emails and not actually seeing things in person. Even though we were given measurements, we just couldn’t have fathomed the size of the bedroom end tables combined with the customer bed we ordered. We immediately contacted Grossman and it took a week for a reply. When we got that reply, we weren’t told about a return policy. We were told “I’ll take it to upper management”. Another week and a half went by and we emailed again. What seemed like another 2 weeks, we weren’t told the return policy was a 50% restocking fee. None of this was in the paperwork we signed or on any receipt (I kept every single email) and now we have gotten radio silence AGAIN from them. We got a coffee table, a kind size bed and 2 end tables all combing close to $8k. Not a lot to some but it is a lot to us. We even said we would take store credit and yet crickets. On top of all of this, we were told 10 weeks for delivery and it ended up being 14 weeks. We didn’t complain about that but maybe I should have.
