The technician was professional And he knew his stuff very informative very polite. I asked him questions and he knew all the answers. Great job. There is no charge I pay the $10 a month maintenance fee and you get free cleanings discounts on parts and stuff. It’s a great deal.
We've been working with Guardian a few years now. I really appreciate that you can opt into a subscription for hvac and ac maintenance which ensures your systems are running in top shape all the time! We've also had them do work for us, install new vents a humidifier etc and their team is always prompt and the work is great quality.
Excellent work! Couldn’t ask for a better installation and crew. Juan and Jerry are total pros. I had a ton of questions and they took the time to explain everything to me and they left the work site cleaner than they found it. Do not hesitate to hire Guardian. Well, I initially called about my AC unit that died. It was repaired and cleaned by Peter. I now realize why the cleaning of my AC unit was so inexpensive. Peter had that unit look close to brand new. At this time I found out the unit was 22 years old and the furnace was not far behind. I thought that due to the age of units I should pursue quotes on replacements. I met with Jonathan who provided me with proposals. I met the owner who added on some additional components that he thought would benefit my home. The end quote I thought was fair and reasonable. The new units were installed the following week. The crew that installed the equipment were extremely professional. I could tell they took great pride in their work. Their work was immaculate. I have seen installations of other type of equipment. Primarily in the world of telecommunications and I have never seen a cleaner installation. You all should be proud. If you couldn't tell, I highly recommend Guardian.
