I've been bringing my dog here or a couple of years. They always do a great job on my baby!.
Been coming here for years and I've had my fair share of bad experiences at other grooming salons but this place has never given me any issues. I tell everyone I know about this place and they've all had great experiences here. Only once did my sisters dog come back home licking a certain spot but she called them and they had her bring him back, they cleaned the area and made sure nothing was wrong and took care of it right away. They really care for your pet and my sisters dog was completely fine the next day but it's just the way they took care of it so quickly just shows they do not play about your dog. Love this place and will continue to recommend them to everyone I know.
The best groomers in Vegas — the ONLY place I take my baby Pom Kachi for all his grooming needs. He loves the staff, the extra special treatment and the fabulous blueberry facials lol!
An unexpected and last-minute surprise! I took a chance and called Hair of the Dog after doing a Google search for nearby groomers. I just moved to this party of the city and my doggos were in need of a spa day. The gentleman on the phone said if I came with them in an hour, he could take them in... today! I was there in 20 minutes ☺️ The person I spoke to on the phone greeted me and my pups. I could tell right away that he and his staff was perfect for my dogs. Very friendly and welcoming, easy breezy new client sign up, clean facility, and a quick hand off. After my doggos were taken in the back, the, what I now know, owner and I talked about what I wanted for each in terms of cut... then he took out a portfolio! A portfolio of different types of haircuts so we are on the same page. Three hours later, I got a call... they'll be ready in thirty minutes. I loved the heads up call!! Picked them up and each came out smiling and very happy. I recommend this grooming shop to anyone I know with a dog in this area. You and your doggos will be very happy 🥳
I brought my standard poodle twice to Hair if the Dog. It was highly recommended by two people, so I decided to try it. I live in the Centennial area, so it is a little ride, but so well worth it. Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. I also feel that the price is very fair. The place is very clean and the customers see everything. Dogs are upfront and I love that because I had some bad experiences at other groomers. I also want to say that because of (my) illness, I wasn’t able to bring him in for awhile. I called early in the morning yesterday (a friday), and the squeezed him in.
