Judy and Alice were absolutely incredible - very kind, attentive, and reassuring throughout the entire procedure. Even though the procedure lasted about 10 hours, it honestly went by quickly thanks to how comfortable and well cared for I felt. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, and I never felt rushed or unsure at any point. The team made the entire experience feel easy and stress free. Dr. Chaffoo’s calm and confident approach made it clear I was in the best hands. I can absolutely see why he and his team are considered some of the best in the field.
