Ms. Tianna Skinner, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and offered excellent, personalized book recommendations that made the visit even more special. I recently visited the newest independent bookstore in Portsmouth, and the experience was simply wonderful. From the moment you step inside, you are greeted with the inviting aroma of new books and a cozy, thoughtfully designed atmosphere that encourages browsing. The shelves are incredibly well-curated, offering a diverse selection that ranges from local authors and bestsellers to niche genres and beautifully illustrated children's books. The extensive tea options are an added bonus! What truly sets this bookstore apart is the personalized touch. Tiana, the owner, was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about literature. She helped me discover an incredible debut novel I might have otherwise missed, providing insightful recommendations. She has created a true community hub, not just a retail space. The store's layout is perfect for losing track of time—complete with comfortable reading nooks. It’s clear the owner has poured a lot of love into making this a haven for readers. What an absolute jem to find a find a small bookstore in the downtown Portsmouth area! Books and book adjacent gifts! Was able to check off a few people on my Christmas list with this one stop. The owner is so warm and welcoming to her store. 10/10 will be back
