I purchased a couch from Half Price Furniture that broke within two days of delivery. The frame that supports seating failed just two days after it was delivered. After reporting the defect, the store did not work with me to resolve the issue. There were multiple failed repair attempts and missed appointments, and the couch was repeatedly returned to me still broken. At no point was a replacement or refund offered for a product that failed almost immediately. I financed the purchase through Kafene, believing it would help build my credit. Unfortunately, payments could not be paused while the issue was being addressed. To avoid damaging my credit, I was forced to continue paying for a couch that stopped working just two days after delivery. I also purchased the Guardian protection plan for $150, which is advertised to cover accidents in the home. Because this was a manufacturer defect, I was told the claim could not be applied appropriately, resulting in the loss of $150. This meant I could not use the plan for an actual accidental claim. I filed complaints with the Nevada Consumer Affairs office and the BBB, but Half Price Furniture does not respond, as they are not BBB-accredited. Instead of standing behind their product, responsibility was repeatedly shifted away from the store and onto third parties. I was left to navigate the issue on my own, with no meaningful support or resolution. If you receive defective furniture from this store, be aware that you may not receive adequate assistance, even when the failure occurs almost immediately.

From the moment I walked in, they treated me like family. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find exactly what I needed without any pressure. Melissa made sure everything matched my style and budget, and Del went above and beyond made the whole process smooth and fun. The prices were unbeatable, the quality was top-notch, and the delivery was right on time! From walking into the store, was greeted by a wonderful lady named Melissa, going forward with financing was a breeze by the other helpful lady throughout our process the starts here has been very respectful and knowledgable. Delivering guys was a plus. Communitive took initive of my damage couch piece to replace it the next dat scheduled. As well as the guy in the warehouse that was able to check n make sure they had ine available and apologized for the incnvenience. Will definit recoommend to family and friend and be back again!
