On Tuesday, I hit a pothole which left me with a flat tyre at work and also a bent alloy. Thankfully, Sam was very helpful and did everything he could to get me back on the road and able to go home that evening. He came to my location, was very efficient and willing to help in any way possible. I would recommend him to anyone who needed similar repairs.
i have mixed feelings about my experience here. On the positive side, the staff were polite and hardworking. They replaced a “new” tyre which I appreciate. They also upsell me with wheel alignment.. several things raised concerns. I wasnt informed upfront during upsell that it will be done at a different garage. I was also charged for a supposedly broken component related to the tyre and worst part is that they damaged the alloys. what a shame. when i got the car back, it smell food. i have a tracker instaled and could see the car being driven elsewhere, which may have been used for something unrelated without my knowledge. If they upsell wheel aligment never trust this shop! they maybe good at tyres but they arent trustworthy to drive your car. I would never come back again here unfortnately
0/5 – Very disappointed with the service A few weeks ago, I brought my car in to have all four tyres changed and paid £240 for new tyres and balancing. Not long after, the front right tyre went flat again. When I returned, the staff told me the issue was that the front right wheel rim wasn’t sealing properly with the tyre and needed to be ground down to fix the leak. They promised it would be fine after that. What frustrates me the most is that they already knew about the rim sealing problem when they first changed the tyres, but didn’t mention it or fix it properly, and still charged me £240. Later, I had to come back and pay an extra £70 to replace the front right tyre again. They insisted the problem was all resolved after grinding the rim, and changing a new tyre again. They are completed all checking and works - but recently I’ve noticed serious vibrations on the steel wheels at higher speeds, which strongly suggests the tyre balancing or alignment was not done properly. This is very disappointing. I feel misled and that I paid for work that should have been done right the first time. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone!! … (They often boast about their great Google reviews and years in business, but avoid taking responsibility for their mistakes. The staff are polite but unprofessional, constantly trying to upsell extra services or parts. For example, they once tried to sell me a second-hand wheel rim at a price much higher than the market rate I found online. I understand labour costs, but combined with my past experiences, it feels like they’re just trying to rip customers off.)
I was very worried with a flat tyre after 7. Called these guys and they happily stayed open for me until I arrived. Absolute live savers as they got me back on the ready in no time. Their generosity allowed me to continue with my night shift thank you again
