Booking online was easy enough, but customer service was basically nonexistent. I tried calling several times to book initially and no one answered. After booking online, I needed to reschedule the next day and again couldn’t get through. I left multiple messages over several days with no callback. Since I couldn’t connect with anyone, I missed the appointment and was charged the full service cost. I find that pretty unfair and unprofessional. I won’t be returning.
I loved my experience here! Not only is Kelsey an extremely skilled waxer but she's an awesome person. Her home is beautiful and it felt very comfortable but also professional as a home business setting. I haven't gone to a waxing salon for a long time due to past experiences but I'm so glad I found Kelsey and will absolutely be a returning client.
This is my second visit to Beaver aesthetics. My second visit was just as good as my first. The place is easy to find easy parking clean.. The owner operator is friendly and efficient and I left hair free! 😊
I’ve been going to Kelsey for almost 2 years and I am so glad I did. I was looking for a new waxer and went to her on a whim guided by the high praise in the reviews from her clients. Kelsey is a great waxer, personable and easy to talk to. She does a really good job and is thorough.
