The technician found my issue and resolved it quickly. Previously, a tech with another HVAC company serviced my unit and left the defrost switch in test mode. As a result, my condenser coil kept freezing when I'd turn on the heat. Electric bill was high last month from running the emergency heat. Hope this helps someone. Thanks Happy Home!

On the coldest day of the season, our HVAC went out at night. The house was freezing, 16°, and we needed it fixed asap. We called our regular "big name" HVAC company, and they said they couldn't get to it until the following afternoon. Side note, when I called to cancel the appointment we made as a backup, they said they had no appointment scheduled. Thanks, "big name" HVAC brand. I immediately called Happy Home, and Simon was at our house within 45 minutes. He was courteous, appreciative, and extremely helpful in explaining the problem and the remedy. We were happy to sign up for their VIP package that included multiple checks for a year. We're happy to be Happy Home customers now!
The technician was great. I found him to be very knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail. Also, I had an emergency situation with no heat in freezing outdoor cold temps and the technician was here within an hour and quickly got me up and running. My technician was Leighton Beckwith and he is amazing.
Damon and Leighton were amazing! They came out quickly and diagnosed the issues with our furnace right away. They even managed to rush our new furnace installation, which was a huge relief. Both were incredibly professional, efficient, and kind throughout the entire process. I’m so thankful for their work and highly recommend them!
