We had an issue with our heat pump yesterday morning and called Lisa at Harley’s for help to see what was wrong. She was able to schedule HVAC Tech Randy to come out in the afternoon. Randy is incredibly knowledgeable and was outstanding in diagnosing the issue, replacing a part and doing a maintenance service for us. Randy is also a truly delightful human: warm, friendly, kind and with excellent customer service! Thank you so much Randy, Lisa and Harley’s! Everything is working great again with our heat pump and we’re so relieved as a big storm is coming in tonight and temperatures will drop to below zero. We have loved having Harley’s as our HVAC partner!
Frank at Harvey Heating and Cooling is extremely knowledgeable and reliable. I have used his services for multiple projects over the years. He replaced and installed a new furnace for me. He converted an oil heating system with radiators that served 3 apartments into three separate gas heating systems. Frank clearly explained his plan and cost upfront. He removed the oil tank and radiators handled proper disposal, and provided the environmental certificate for the oil tank removal. The 3 separate furnaces were installed about 10 years ago and are still working very well today. As a landlord before conversion I was paying for the oil heating, after conversion the tenants were paying for the heat. I recovered the cost of converting from oil to gas in 3 years. I have also used Frank to install two additional furnaces in my other houses, all with excellent results. His pricing was very affordable compared to other quotes I received, and his work quality is outstanding. I would highly recommend Frank to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and reasonably priced heating professional.
Brian was at our house today doing outlet fall inspection. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing in the inspection. He also told us the price of new furnaces and Air conditioner if we would need one in the future. He explained the difference between a heat pump and a regular furnace and that we should keep our furnace on E heat during the winter. We feel that he did a very good job and he’s a very good representative for your company. I think he is very knowledgeable in his job. Having a person like Brian as an employee is an asset to your company. I would give him 7 stars. Lori and Jim
Alex and Elijah did an excellent job of replacing our HVAC system. They did a professional job, answered all my questions and were very enjoyable to work with. They worked overtime to make sure we had a working system before they left. I would highly recommend Harley's.
new home construction from 2020 ... had toilet they installed break a flange bolt and start rocking, removed toilet to find that the flange had never been set in level to the floor with a gap over 1/8 on one side of flange so toilet had to be shimmed and eventually broke the bolt ... now what i'd expect from new install
