Wow, what an amazing experience. Staff was super friendly item arrived extremely fast. Very unique items collections. All products are hand made.
H+E shipped us a rug that, upon unwrapping, absolutely reeked of onions - I can't overstate how strong the smell was. We reached out to H+E, and they effectively rinsed their hands of accountability as we were outside the 14 day return policy. They suggested we take the rug to a professional carpet cleaner, which we did at our own expense. $450 later, and after three attempts from this highly reputable company, the smell still lingers. Note - the rug cleaning company stated that usually one professional cleaning resolves odors - they tried 3x. H+E is shirking all responsibility, thus now we are out $2,200 for the rug + $450 for the cleaning. If you plan on using this company, immediately inspect your product for any defects or issues, as they have zero desire to resolve issues beyond the stated return policy window.
Love this store!! I have been shopping at their location in Beverly Hills, I am so excited to see that they have open a location in Newport Beach. This is one of my favorite stores. The owners and staff are very nice and extremely helpful. They have beautiful rugs, pillows, towels, unique gifts and one of kind items that you will not anywhere else. Most of their products are curated by the owners and they have exceptional taste in quality and rare unique pieces. Whether you are looking for an accent piece or are redecorating a room or your home, this is the store that you want to visit. Most of their stock is from Turkey, Morocco and Europe. I have shopped here many times for myself and I always go here for gifts. You will love the value and quality of your purchases. This store will wow you!
Shopping at H+E Goods company was just great. The quality and detail in their rugs, and pillows is amazing! Customer service was so knowledgeable and helpful with the questions they asked and the suggestions they made. The proof is in the many compliments from everyone that’s come by and seen my living room upgrade. I will definitely be back!!
