Healthy Forever is inside the Chaparral Supermarket. I don't know if the market and Healthy Forever are under the same ownership. Because the Chaparral supermarket is a place where you can find products from different Latin American countries, the personnel mostly speak Spanish or limited English. The same can be expected from anyone who attends the Healthy Forever counters at the supermarket entrance. Most of the medicinal products sold come from Latin America, which is why they are expensive. For instance, sometimes I get the Beyodecta capsules (vitamin B12) at Target (don't always have them) for about $15.00; here, they're sold at $25.00. Yes! The products are expensive here.

They don't speak English, and they don't really have any herbs, just basic stuff you can buy at regular grocery store. No variety of anything,

I called them to ask if they had a Available product and before I could speak the lady spoke nothing but Spanish to me. I told her I don't speak Spanish then she replied back in English that she doesn't speak English and hung up on me. I can't believe this is America and you can't communicate in English while working for a English named business. Then get treated like a second rate citizen for speaking English in your own country. That person working there should be ashamed of herself. They should be reported to the BBB. That is such bad customer service! 😕 I cannot believe I was hung up on for not speaking Spanish

Un joyau caché ! Un service client excellent grâce à un personnel extrêmement compétent et très informé et à une très grande variété de produits sains et naturels. Ils proposent également d'autres services tels que la télécopie, l'impression, les copies, l'envoi d'argent à l'international, la recharge de cartes téléphoniques et des billets d'avion.
