We had the most wonderful experience with Lara for our family photo shoot in the Blue Mountains. The weather shifted on the day and we needed to pivot from our original plan, but Lara handled it seamlessly and with total calm. She really kept up with our two toddlers and nailed the session without them getting restless. Within two minutes she was friends with our little ones and making them laugh and giggle.The final images were beyond our expectations and so stunning! Her eye for detail and unique framing as a photographer is incredible, she see's things other don't and that's truly what you want in a family photographer. The final product was a large framed print with 9 images - we were blown away when receiving it - wow! The detail, colour, and overall quality of the photos and framing are exceptional. Every image feels thoughtful and beautifully crafted. I really loved the little touches and details they add to their business to make the customer experience so special. The entire process was smooth, easy, and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. We felt completely taken care of and the results speak for themselves. We are so grateful to have won this MotherDay giveaway in the Blue Mountains. Highly recommend for anyone in Canberra, the Blue Mountains, or Sydney looking for family photography that truly delivers. Thank you so much Lara, Katie and Jeremy.

We had a lovely experience with Heartstory. Jeremy made us feel comfortable and authentic throughout the shoot. He was able to engage my two teenage boys in the process, so that they did not feel self-conscious or awkward, meaning we got lovely natural photos. Jeremy chose a great local setting among the blooming wattle trees, which have a deep meaning for me, so now I have great family photos which have a deeper significance. The post - shoot meeting and collection was seamless. Thank you Heartstory for a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

! We are incredibly happy with our photography session/photos and experience with the heartstory team! This photography session was gifted to us as a part of a Mother’s Day giveaway and the team treated us incredibly well as if we were full paying clients. The attention to detail was phenomenal! All the little touches they apply to really make one’s experience excellent. I personally loved how they captured many special moments for our blended family to ensure everyone felt included. The book is stunning the quality is amazing and looks just perfect on our coffee table, the kids have loved looking through it! So pleased, thankyou very much

We thoroughly enjoyed our family ‘tree’ portraits being taken along the bank of Lake Burley Griffin at the National Botanical Gardens end. The photographer was perfect and knew the location and her job very well. She put us all at ease very quickly! When it was time to collect our portraits, the studio was fun and relaxing, yet exciting with plenty to choose from! Jeremy listened and I was given the package that suited me perfectly! We love our family portraits hanging in our lounge and dining rooms. They always receive wonderful compliments! Thankyou HeartStory! ❤️
