Broke my visor mirror, left my car very wet, streaks on all the windows. My husband's car was in worse shape. They used paint to cover stains instead of removing them. Very disappointed in their lack of care or effort. Our kid does a better job in the garage without the benefit of professional tools.
I brought my car in mid day on a Tuesday and they were able to get it squeaky clean before the end of the day. I am selling this car and want to be sure all the dog hair and snot smears are undetectable. They did an amazing job! I highly recommend Heavens Touch!!
Great work and on such short notice I'm very grateful. Unfortunately the written receipt was not clear on how much I would be charged so I would recommend verifying the total (even including taxes) before providing your card
Edit: (changed stars) The response shows this business will stand by their work and make it right! I also want to add that the staff (owner?) was very personable. This was supposed to a $450 interior & exterior detail. They also had her car for 3-4 days without calling. The exterior was up sold to her for $100+, and all they did is shine the wheels. An $11 automatic carwash would have been better. To be fair, my mother was too timid to speak up to them, so they didn't get a chance to make it right.
Amazing service, can't recommend highly enough! My car got accidentally blasted by a paint sprayer and they got me in first thing the next morning to start working on this huge job. It was done that evening and I'm so impressed with the job they did. (The after photo still has some paint on the plastic parts that cannot be removed. My insurance should be paying for those parts to be replaced.)
