I have been coming to Sasha at Held Ritual Therapies for a couple of years for sugaring (legs, underarms, G-string). Having had a couple of uncomfortable experiences at other places, I am so grateful that I found Held. Sasha will instantly put you at ease, she is warm-hearted and radiates positivity. Her work is amazing, with incredible attention to detail, I am always thrilled with the results. You can tell she is passionate about her craft, so knowledgeable and skilled in up-to-date practices and using eco-conscious products. The treatment room itself is beautiful and relaxing, when I leave I feel refreshed and confident. 1000% recommend!!
Just had sugaring done for the first time by Sasha - all I can say is WOW, what a fabulous experience from start to finish. Sasha is warm and welcoming, and her work space is so beautiful and calming. She explained everything to me so clearly before getting started, and the sugaring itself was a total breeze. So much nicer than waxing! I would recommend Sasha to anyone and will definitely be returning for future treatments.
I do not know how anyone who has actually experienced a treatment from Sasha could give her anything other than a 5- star rating, truly. I had a 30-minute massage and an hour-long facial today, a very kind gift which I fully wish to receive again. The 'gift' was also the wonderful experience of Sasha; her intuition, experience, natural kindness, knowledge and gentle professionalism. Both treatments, seamlessly combined (but I would recommend either if you can't afford both), were heavenly, using essential oils and holistic expertise which I don't understand, but my body did! In short, Sasha is a marvel, thank you x
I had the most incredible facial at Held Therapies with Sasha, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. I came in with acne concerns, and Sasha was not only welcoming and kind, but genuinely knowledgeable about skin health. She took the time to assess my skin, did gentle but effective extractions, and used Dermalux LED therapy—which left my skin feeling calmer, clearer, and noticeably refreshed. The whole experience was so relaxing: the room was peaceful, the scents were beautiful, and the treatment bed was unbelievably comfortable. Sasha created such a soothing environment that I felt completely at ease from start to finish. If you’re looking for a results-driven facial with someone who truly knows what they’re doing, Held Therapies (and Sasha!) is absolutely the place to go. My skin is glowing, and I’ll definitely be returning.
I had the most amazing facial with Sasha. I came away in a state of deep relaxation and my skin felt so fresh and rejuvenated. My skin had a glow. She also instantly puts you at ease if you’re feeling a bit anxious. I also really liked her treatment room was so clean and calm. I can’t wait for my next treatment.
