Hired Hellanaid for the first time for a deep cleaning before hosting a party. I booked online, and got a prompt follw up call to make sure what Id signed up for met my needs. The team of Carol and Bev arrived early and prepared. They did a great job, and now Im looking forward to regular upkeep cleaning on a monthly basis. My girlfriend is thrilled. 10/10!!!! I had someone recommend Hella Maid to me after I was stressing my move out clean for my property manager to get my full deposit back. Rita and Jayde were the two girls who did my move out clean with the oven added on. I had the appliances pulled out as one of the checklist from my property manager was to clean all sides and behind. The girls arrived on time, even a little bit early and was done right at the 3 hour mark that was given. When I came back to do a look around and receive my keys, I was completely blown away! I was stressing so much about my property manager as he hasn’t been the easiest to deal with, that when I saw the clean all stresses and anxiety went away. I have lived in the same unit for 3 years with two cats so of course some spots that have lacked been getting to were quite built up over time, and also being a really old building too. Rita and Jayde were so lovely and polite and wanted to make sure everything was to my liking. They even pushed the appliances back in after they were done cleaning. As we all know appliances don’t get attended to as often as they should, especially around, behind and underneath, and they absolutely crushed it. I had my walk though the following morning and I received my full deposit back! It was a 2 second look around as the place was completely spotless. I have a friend who is a realtor that helped my move and saw the shape of it after I was completely out. He asked how did the clean go as he knew how stressed I was for the inspection, that I could only give positive feedback! He asked for the company info afterwards to use for his real-estate cleans. Overall, it was a really good experience, especially for how stressful moving is on its own and doing the whole rental/deposit thing back. I will recommend Hella Maid to anyone who is looking for cleaners and again for myself in the future. Thank you Hella Maid, Rita and Jayde!
Bella was very punctual, and we absolutely loved her cleaning service! She’s hardworking, detail-oriented, and truly dedicated to her work. We were very happy with the results and would definitely recommend her to others.
Jennifer and Ligia were wonderful! They arrived right on time and got straight to work. I hadn’t booked quite enough hours for them to finish the full job, but that’s on me. In the time they had, they gave it their all and worked fast. Thank you so much for your hard work, ladies!
The service was amazing, I had a tenant who left the apartment in a bad shape and Carolina and Jane from hellamaid put it back in a brand new state.
