The most wonderful and supportive practice. The Hello Vet team are talented, kind, supportive, and empathetic. My kitten has a minor heart murmur and becomes stressed easily - the vets are incredibly understanding and reassuring, always taking the time and going the extra mile for the wellbeing of the pet and peace of mind of the owner. The team are also incredibly responsive over WhatsApp, usually replying within 30 minutes to any questions or concerns. As a first-time pet owner, this has been a lifesaver. I love Hello Vet and feel so lucky to use them!
21/1/26 I had a great experience with this practice. My intact cat recently showed behavioural changes that escalated after I was away over the Christmas period. As he is very bonded to me and sensitive to changes in routine, he became more territorial around his food area and my bed, with occasional fear-based aggression. I wanted to rule out any underlying health issues and also discuss neutering, so I brought him in for an examination. The vet was compassionate, professional, thorough, and reassuring, and confirmed that Cosmos is in good health. I especially appreciated the practice’s support when I had several unsuccessful and unsafe attempts to get my cat into his carrier due to fear-related aggression. The team offered a phone consultation and prescribed pre-visit medication, which made it possible to bring him in safely and without distress to either of us. And I also want to express my gratitude for the team’s excellent follow ups and advices meanwhile. Post neutering updates (26/1/26): The process was smooth from start to finish, and the vet and nurses explained everything clearly regarding Cosmos’s post-op care. The whole experience felt calm and reassuring, Cosmos handled it really well :)
We’ve had a fantastic experience with HelloVet! The entire team has been caring, professional, and incredibly supportive every step of the way. They’ve taken wonderful care of our dog Oliver and always go above and beyond to make sure he’s happy and healthy. We rushed our 14-year-old pup Coco to Hello Vet on a Tuesday morning, after first visiting their emergency vet the night before. The level of care she received was absolutely incredible. They quickly discovered her cancer and were able to remove it the very same day. When breaking the news to my mum and I, the team offered a private, calm room which made such a difficult moment a little easier to bear. They even allowed us to spend time with Coco while she was being given anaesthesia. Seeing her happy little face, calm and unafraid, before she drifted off to sleep before her operation made all the difference in the world. I want to give a special thank you to Joe, Saoirse, and the rest of the Hello Vet team for their compassion, professionalism, and genuine love for animals. Switching to your surgery was the best decision we’ve ever made for Coco and Chai. The way you care for both pets and their families is truly beautiful. Because of you, we have more precious time with my soul dog, Coco. For that, I will be forever grateful. 🐾 🤍
My little Cleft Palate puppy Biscuit had his neutering operation carried out at Hello Vet London Fields. The whole experience from start to finish was one which we will never forget - a huge thank you to Becky who administered Biscuit’s Anaesthesia and Tashy who carried out his operation - both were so kind and compassionate explaining the whole process to me so thoroughly so I knew what was happening and how the procedure will be carried out. I was so nervous about Biscuit because of his pre existing condition (cleft palate) but they both reassured me, explaining everything in detail with patience to put my mind at rest regarding the procedure. Biscuit really was in the best possible hands. We were given a private room prior to the operation, where I would stay with Biscuit up until the anaesthesia kicked in, and be there after for his waking up and recovery post op. Becky even went above and beyond to look after Biscuit whilst I quickly went home to walk my other two dogs. I can honestly say the whole experience was nothing short of magical for both Biscuit and myself as his owner. I cannot thank them enough. I have been with Hello Vet since Cookie’s pups were born and all three of my dogs are with registered with them. They truly are one of a kind in their service, care and compassion for both the pet and the owner and their transparency with pricing. I’ve never experienced anything like it before - and couldn’t recommend them enough! A vet who truly cares.
