This is my 3rd year working with Jay Shah for my tax preparation. I have only the best things to say about his tax preparation, knowledge, and planning. We have always met online, so far, for our annual tax meeting. This year after my meeting with Jay, within one week I received one of my tax refunds. And the second refund 2 weeks after. Happy!! You can be secure using their portal for uploading files, payment, and all final tax documents are stored there too. Very pleased with Jay and his business. Look no further! Great job! This was my first time not doing my taxes myself, but due to some financial and life changes that made my situation a bit more complicated than usual, I decided to work with Jay Shah at HK Taxation Corporation. As requested, I uploaded all of my documents into the portal ahead of time, answered a few questions, and then met with Jay to review my final draft before submitting it. Jay took the time to explain everything to me and even called out the unusual situations I had that made it more complex. The entire process was extremely easy, Jay was great to work with, and I will definitely be using HK Taxation Corporation going forward! All in all, great service.

Jay was referred to my wife by a co-worker. After trying Turbo Tax and HR Block one year, my wife was not pleased with her tax return. On a whim she contacted Jay and Hell's Kitchen Tax, just to see if it was any better. For LESS than any other competitor, my wife was able to get MORE with Jay's help. From then on, we have always used Jay for our tax help. We have always gotten so much more for our tax return, and that's not all you're getting from Jay. When I got a new job and had general questions about tax withholdings? Jay was there to help with anything I needed. This is what it feels like to have an accountant on retainer, but without the crazy expenses. He's passionate about his work and will always get it done, without fail.
