She walked us through all the options in our price range, didn’t try to upsell us on something we didn’t want or couldn’t afford. Answered all of our questions and walked us through everything we needed to know about our ring and diamonds. Couldn’t recommend her or this store enough!
Absolutely wonderful to work with! Went in to look at Black Friday deals and they had excellent deals, excellent customer service with Liana and Debbie! Even better was they have an in house jeweler and was able to get my ring sized and walk out with it!
Liana and Mira took a lot of time out to help my wife and I pick out just the right wedding rings. Assisted greatly in getting whatever discounts we could get by comparing different varieties of collections. Even thought it was close to closing time they took their time and helped. I was walking by and suddenly approached by a kind woman named Stephanie. I asked her if they had any rings for someone like me, on a budget with a 1 year old. She said yes, absolutely. She showed me some beautiful rings and my girlfriend shortly arrived with our baby. She tried on some rings and I could see my girlfriend's face light up. Sold!!!! Great customer service!! Great assortment of real diamonds and everything in-between!! We will return for our wedding rings !!!
