After shopping around with 4 other jewelers, I had walked into Helzberg’s sorta knowing what I piece of jewelry I wanted to custom create for my partner. Elma and Bevi had both helped me out by showing me different variations to figure out what I truly wanted to buy. They were honest, comforting and not pushy as other sales people would be. I would definitely shop for another piece of jewelry with these individuals again.
Originally purchased my wedding ring at a Helzberg jeweler 27 years ago. Since then I've had it inspected every 6 months. 3 years ago I had it completely refurbished, the prongs to the stone rebuilt, resized and polished. They also restored the original flat bottom, which helps my ring sit firmly on my finger without the weight of the stone turning the ring. When I handed it to the staff at this store today, I received a horrified reaction to the shape of my ring and was told that "it would never pass inspection by him" due to the shape, and wanted to know where I purchased it. He said it would have to be "fixed". I took my ring back and walked out. How about asking more questions and actually researching my rings history before declaring judgment? I'll take my business elsewhere.
Amel was amazing! She took the time to help my partner and I look at engagement rings. She was real patient with us and actually spoke to us. She showed us options that we liked instead of dragging us to other options that we didn’t like. She knew what to pick. She helped my boyfriend design his own band. I highly recommend Amel if you are looking for a ring!
Bev is the most professional assistant! We have been coming to Helzberg for several decades and is the only sales person we want to help us on our jewelry purchases. She is so kind and friendly! She is the best!
My wife and I went in to look at rings with a fixed budget in mind. The kind young lady whose name I didn't get was never pressuring anything outside of our budget. She showed us everything they had and what other possible options could be ordered online. We ended up not buying anything, but we felt heard and understood. We would definitely come back in the future due to this.
