Had my trousers hemmed here a couple days ago and they came out great. After putting them on I was asked how long I wanted my break and they quickly put a pin there, I was asked what time I would collect them and I collected them the next day as expected. Speedy and professional, the hem came out just as long as I wanted.
Been using these guys for a few years now. Bought some great jeans and Chinos on a big black friday discount and needed the hems taken up. Well they failed to follow the mesurements I provided and I was devistated. However they sorted it out and fixed the mistake. A great business takes ownership and keeps the customer happy #customerforlife
They went above and beyond for me, I came in late in the afternoon and they made sure that they hemmed my pants for me for the next day that I needed it, incredible service and very grateful! Highly recommended.
Wow! The kindness and the generosity of the owner. I bought a dress last minute for my graduation and I needed it steamed. I went to Hem Express and they don’t even offer steaming, but he did it anyways and didnt charge me for it. He knew I wasn’t going to find another place that could have done it so last minute. Any problems I have with clothing in the future I will be going to Hem Express. Amazing customer service and such kindness.
Got my clothes tailored here and they did an amazing job! Super friendly service, quick turnaround, and they even gave me a coffee coupon. Loved it!
