On a recent Saturday morning, my neighbor knocked on my door to point out that I had developed an artesian spring in the middle of my front yard... a leak in the main between the meter and my house. Loy from Henco quickly offered solutions. I was impressed with the equipment that was brought to the job, and with the friendly professionalism of the crew, Nick and Sergio. Obviously I am quite satisfied with Henco.
Brantson helped us with several plumbing issues and was extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond our expectations, quickly diagnosing and resolving each problem. He was very professional, and I would highly recommend his services to anyone needing plumbing work. Henco’s pricing was also very reasonable, and they were extremely easy to work with.
Michael was great. He gave a thorough inspection and let us know honestly what needed to be done. Service was scheduled immediately because we also run a business out of our home. We really appreciate the honesty and quickness Michael provided. We would definitely recommend him to all our friends and family for their plumbing needs.
I originally thought Hemco Plumbing did a good job when they came out to fix my sink pipe. Unfortunately about two months later the same pipe broke again. I called them back and they told me to schedule between 12 and 5 pm. The confusing part is that they called me at 9 am. I could not pick up but when I returned the call they told me I had to reschedule even though I was still within my original 12 to 5 time frame. Now I have had three different people contacting me to reschedule and I honestly do not even know who I am supposed to be talking to. It feels very unorganized and frustrating. On top of that they cannot even guarantee me that they will fix this free of charge even though it was their work that failed in the first place. I wanted to give them a good review based on my first experience but after dealing with this I am very disappointed.
80 hours. That’s how long it took from initial diagnosis to complete system replacement. The whole team was outstanding at every step, from Nicholas’s initial consultation, to Aldo and Nolan’s installation (the electricians were also fantastic). Everything was explained clearly, options were presented with clearly articulated differences. I would recommend without hesitation.
