Hercules training and nutrition (Coach Kendra) is a great system. The coaches are knowledgeable and tailor the program to fit your needs. Coach Kendra listens and adjusts according to what will suit you best. She will switch meals on your nutrition plan to help with cravings, keeping you on track. The workouts can be adjusted to accommodate any restrictions or mobility issues. I’m down 35 pounds in three months and leaner than I’ve been in years. I’d recommend Hercules and Coach Kendra to anyone who wants to be leaner, healthier, happier, and just have a better quality of life. Before and after pictures attached.
Love it, great folks, great trainers! Extremely inventive and caring. I had the homie Max Coffee and it literally didn’t matter what I asked him plan wise, when It came to changing meals, workouts, he was on top of it! Highly recommend!
SO thankful for my experience with Hercules and specifically coach Drake! He helped me to achieve fitness goals I never thought possible and get back to a place of health I had been longing for. After 8 months with Hercules I am healthier, happier, and have the tools I need to live a changed lifestyle. What I appreciate is that Hercules is not trying to keep you on the hook for life with some kind of "secret". They are transparent about what it takes to achieve success and teach you tools for health along the way! The quality of meal plans and workout is 10/10. I would reccommend coach Drake to anyone!
Kendra is an incredible personal trainer! She’s not only a great motivator, but also someone who truly inspires you to push beyond your limits. I’ve accomplished more with her than I ever could on my own. Kendra’s knowledge, energy, and encouragement make every session both challenging and rewarding. She knows exactly how to tailor workouts to your goals while keeping things fresh and exciting. One of the best programs around! Coaches (mine was Max) are very knowledgeable in what they do. Max helped me overcome years and years of bad habits when it came to eating and health. Max was very active with me in check-ins and pushed me to new levels in the gym during our training sessions! Max got me from my largest weight 440lbs, to a solid 365. I have all the tools and resources to continue this journey and training alone! If you ever need the “push”, choose Hercules Training!
