Fast, affordable, and high-quality! I brought in several pieces for repair, and everything was fixed within an hour. The staff clearly know their stuff, showed great attention to detail, and even pointed out some flaws I hadn’t noticed which was really helpful. The customer service was excellent, and their prices were much cheaper than other shops nearby. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Took two watches, that have not worked in years, into this store and within 15 min they were both repaired and at a very reasonable price. On top of that, they were willing to give me a discount but I denied it because the original price was already better than other stores I had went to. Will be coming back
Stopped at Hernandez's shop for a repair of a gold necklace, a gift from my parents. He was very observant about the repair and made a helpful suggestion. The price was fair and the repair excellent.
I had my ring resized here around $58 (depends on the ring), and they were very accommodating and fast! I got it the next day. I brought it back again because it fit too tight, and they readjusted it again with no extra cost and was done in less than 10 minutes. I'm very impressed and highly recommend!
I had two of my gold necklaces repaired here under two hours, good as new! The jewelry was returned to me even shinier and cleaner than when I turned it in to them. Price was affordable and customer service was outstanding! You can tell this is a family business, makes it even more worth supporting. Will be bringing all my jewelry needs here from now on!
