Sarah really listened to what I wanted and matched the color and texture perfectly—you honestly can’t tell where my natural hair ends and the extensions begin. I’ve been suffering with severe hair loss, to the point where I was ashamed and broken. I called around to several hair stylists in Austin but stopped after I spoke with Sarah. She was kind to me, passionate about hair, and consultative with my needs. Not only did she truly hear me and my needs but went above and beyond to plan out a hair journey for me. When I first came into Sarah’s chair, she knew what I needed was hair help but also spiritual connectedness. This has helped me in my hair regrowth journey tremendously! She’s been sewing on human hair lace front wigs for me. Which feel comfortable, is snug, and most importantly looks and feels natural! Her expertise in hair was evident when I was having challenges with my first manufactures human hair wig. She explained to me why based on my goals a custom human hair wig would be better. And she tediously worked on a a custom wig that’s style, cut, color, and length is exactly what I wanted! EXACTLY. She has great vendors and partnerships and gets the job done! My journey to regrowing my hair is more than just getting by with my wig. But when I sit in the chair with Sarah there is a spiritual kindness and care. I truly feel like she’s on this journey with me and wants to see my transformation go well and with confidence! When you sit with Sarah, you are getting an industry leading stylist, who cares about hair, but most of all cares about you and your hair journey!
I must admit I'm very particular about my hair. I'm an older man and I take care of what I got. I've had bad haircuts, a few good ones and a lot of in between, but Sarah gave the best haircut I've ever had in my 65 years. She provides a quality service. She takes interest in what you're asking for and does everything in her power to exceed it in the most warm and engaging manner you could possibly hope for. I walked out of her building feeling valued and appreciated. Thank you Sarah.
