I recently needed an oil change and new tires for the winter season, and High-Tech Automotive came highly recommended. I called and spoke with the owner, Perry, who reviewed my vehicle information and assured me I was in good hands. He explained that his service team would be available to answer any questions I had. When I arrived, I was greeted by Charlie, the shop supervisor, who was professional and efficient in handling my information. The team performed a full inspection and provided several tire options without ever trying to upsell me. Tom, the service manager, reviewed everything with me beforehand and gave me an exact quote down to the dollar before any work was done. While waiting, I noticed how clean and well-organized the shop was, and every employee I encountered was professional and courteous. I also spoke with a few other customers who had nothing but positive things to say. They mentioned they've been repeat customers for years and wouldn't take their vehicles anywhere else. Once my service was complete, my financial information was handled discreetly, my vehicle was clean, and everything was completed in a timely manner. High-Tech Automotive exceeded my expectations in every way. I will definitely be returning for all of my automotive needs and would confidently recommend them to anyone. Thank you for taking such great care of me. My vehicle is running perfectly!
I definitely neglected my car during the most important time of the year—oops! Thankfully, Hitech came through with a dead battery replacement, new coolant, and an oil change. Huge thanks to Henry, Tom, and Lane for the quick, efficient service and for explaining everything in a way I could actually understand. I don’t know much about cars, so I really appreciated how patient and thorough they were. Very trustworthy and efficient—highly recommend!
I had such a great experience at Hi Tech Automotive. I went in for an oil change and a new set of tires, and from start to finish everything was smooth and stress-free. They did a full inspection, kept me in the loop, and actually took the time to explain things in a way that made sense, which I really appreciated. Tom and Henry were awesome with communication and made sure I knew what was going on the whole time. When I came to pick up my car, Perry (one of the owners) was genuinely amazing! He was super friendly, professional, and made me feel like they truly cared. Patrick handled the work and my car feels great. Fair pricing, honest service, and a team you can trust. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I had Excellent experience with this shop and can’t recommend them enough. I brought in my 2018Cadillac XT5 After another garage told me I needed the thermostat replacement and quoted me an extremely high price This shop took the time to run proper diagnostics and was completely honest with me. They explained that my thermostat did not need to be replaced at all saving me a significant and unnecessary expense. They could’ve easily charged me for work that wasn’t needed, but they didn’t. it’s rare to find an automotive shop that is this transparent, trustworthy, and customer focused. I truly appreciate their integrity and professionalism and will absolutely return for future service. Highly recommend.
Wow, just excellent service from the initial appointment setup to the actual work done. Only time will tell if the work was done properly but still, I don't have a reason to doubt their work. Henry and Tom are both awesome and truly appreciate them for the last-minute urgent request. The coffee and snacks are a nice touch!
