Professional yet friendly; Allen and Joseph clearly stated the step by step process, using care of surrounding furniture and artwork. They took great care in prepping the carpets and furniture and gave instructions for drying methods and timing. It was a great experience and I highly recommend their expertise.
I have used Hi-Tech Steamer once before and, as in the first instance, they did a magnificent job. The regular carpet cleaning companies don't even come close. They get out all the tough spots and make my carpet look new again. Will never use anyone else. They are not cheap but they are well worth the price.
They were on time, very reliable, and worked quickly while still doing a great job. My carpets look fresh and clean, and the whole process was easy and stress-free. I will definitely use them again and will definitely recommend them to others.
I’ve been a loyal customer of Hi Tech Steamer since 2015, starting in Santa Clara, CA. After moving to Los Gatos, CA, I unfortunately lost their contact information and had to try other cleaning companies but none of them came close to the quality of Hi Tech Steamer. Thankfully, I spotted their truck on the freeway, and we were able to reconnect with them! They recently cleaned our carpets, area rugs, and upholstery in our Los Gatos home, and everything looks brand new again. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional results are unmatched. I can’t recommend Hi Tech Steamer enough for anyone looking for top-notch cleaning services in the Santa Clara and Los Gatos areas!
