There was an issue with the hot water heater as it was leaking and created an issue with water throughout the Garage Floor. High Priority Plumbing was called and the technician (Jacob Williams) arrived to my home within an hour. This guy definitely possesses great interpersonal relationship customer service skills. It was extremely a pleasure having him as we were able to talk while he proceeded to correct the problem. High Priority Plumbing definitely received a thumbs as Jacob's arrival in a timely manner and making the necessary repairs certainly must depict the mission of their business. Thank you again Jacob!
Jace was AMAZING! A total lifesaver. Our plumbing backed up into our house and he came and spent hours fixing it outside in the cold, AT NIGHT. Couldn’t ask for a nicer, dedicated, more efficient plumber. They got him out there within a couple hours of us calling. Very fast and communication was very easy regarding who was coming and when. They text you a picture of your plumber along with their name when they are on the way. I’d recommend them to anyone.

TONY F! My technician was great. He came out MondayNotified the problem got my insurance on the phone explained to them exactly what was going on And Tuesday I had a new hot water heater. Now as for my insurance company, which is American home shield for appliances. I feel like they could’ve paid a little bit more Considering what I pay a month.. but overall, the experience was great. The work look absolutely astonishing and I give mr TONY F all FIVES AND ABOVE !!!
