Was extremely skeptical and left the first day going there somewhat upset with the way I was treated if Im going to be 100% honest, was planning on a low star review. Gave them my project anyways and came back today to get it, I was absolutely blown away. It was more than perfection. It blew my plans and imagination for it out the water. The team at Hilary Druxman is honestly a very skilled team, honest, and amazing. If I have future needs in jewelry this is definitely going to be my first place to go. The Gold Smith and the rest of the Team that worked on my piece did more than a perfect job, and has made my week amazing after a horrible and tough time with college and exams.
Love this place and the jewelry. Little bit of a challenge parking in the district but product prices are very reasonable that's why I continue to shop here, I love the merchandise
Truly disappointed. Over the years I've bought a few pieces (earring, necklaces) from this shop for my partner, which she loves, so we were excited about the prospect of Hilary making a custom engagement ring. I contacted the store through email, then called to set something up as per the store's request. When we arrived the day of the appointment, Hilary was not there and staff did not seem to be aware of the appointment. I get it, it happens. They called her and said she was tied up at the bank and should be back in 20mins, which she was. The conversation about a custom ring was distracted and seemingly she more so wanted to show us what she had already. We emailed after the meeting to see how the design was going and no response after a month and a half. A month later I wrote again detailing our experience and disappoinment and a month later, no response. You lost a customer that really liked your work.
Hilary repaired my grandmother’s ring, and did an amazing job replacing the band! I am thrilled with her work, and am so happy to have a trusted place where I can go in the future! Thank you 💜
Placed a phone order for a retirement gift, I couldn't make it to the store unfortunately. They couriered the items to me for a minimal fee, which was so convenient. I also purchased this key pendant for myself. Reasonable prices for something locally crafted. Very happy with my experience. They do online orders as well. Excellent customer service.
