I brought a group of residents here for Active Aging Week from a local retirement community and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Everyone was so nice and made sure all were comfortable. This is our second visit and will definitely come back!
The best experience ever. My new home away from home. Reduces stress and the staff is very friendly. Complete peace the entire experience.
The staff was very nice but there was a lady who coughed almost constantly sitting right beside me which was not relaxing at all. I got up after 15 minutes and moved to the tearoom which was pleasant. Apparently the lady comes on a regular basis and they know she coughs constantly but still subject others who are trying to relax to the coughing. I wouldn’t come back because of the possibility of dealing with this.
Awesome first time experience for most of my group. I rented a salt cave experience for my family as an early mother's day gift and everyone loved it. The host was very hospitable as well as giving some education. Everyone was very relaxed. I also love that this place is near Riverbirch so we were able to have an entire experience while doing very little traveling. We will definitely be making this a quarterly thing.
The Himalayan Hideaway Salt Cavr is absolutely the most valuable holistic modality for healing and well-being in Winston-Salem. This is truly a hidden gem and not to be missed! The owner of the cave, Chrissy, could not be any sweeter, and everyone that works with her is truly invested. Don’t miss out on the infrared sauna. It truly enhances your experience.
