HL Catering was fantastic. From our initial conversation with Ben, they were very proactive and communicative. Ben was so easy to work with & extremely helpful in creating our menu for our wedding brunch at home. They provided full service from setup to teardown. Everyone was extremely friendly. All our guests commented on how great the food was. They were also very accommodating with all our dietary restrictions! All they did was say YES to everything that was requested with a smile on their face! I will definitely be using HL Catering again!
The HL Catering team was phenomenal! From our initial consultation, Miranda did a wonderful job helping us curate a bespoke menu for our event, offering guidance to help meet our tastes and budget. We had a lovely time sitting down in the kitchen to do our tasting. Chef Houston and the team made us feel like guests of honor. It was easily one of our favorite days of wedding planning. On the day of, the serving staff was all hands on deck to assist with the flip from ceremony to dining on the lawn. They made a special effort to bring us a sampler of all the hors d'oeuvres while we were taking photos after the ceremony. All our guests raved about the food & charcuterie table. Even the meals catered to dietary restrictions were amazing. The service felt like we were at a Michelin star restaurant. Our only complaint is that we can't eat their food every day.
HL Catering is hands down the best catering option in Raleigh! Our wedding was 6 weeks ago and guests are still raving about the food. I’ve never seen so many cleaned plates at a wedding. They were fully accommodating of multiple gluten free/celiac guests. Thank you HL! The absolute best.
The only catering option if you want to have the best wedding food. As a foodie myself, it was so important for the food we served to be excellent and HL made it happen. The menu options are excellent and the appetizers are unmatched!
