Love this store I come here weekly. But only reason for the rating is because the wait time to check out. The lines are always so long and go very slow. I wish they opened up more registers.
I was skeptical after reading reviews about bad customer service, but that was not our experience at all. On three separate occasions while looking for various items, associates directed me to the appropriate area. Zachary was particularly helpful and we appreciated his professionalism. Based on this experience, we look forward to returning, even though we are from out of town!
Such a variety of crafts, just walking around gives me lots of ideas. Some of their home decor stuff is interesting too. But occasionally they have high prices on certain things that I'll get elsewhere, like recently wanted more of the carvable pumpkins for Halloween, but their prices seem almost double what I've found at other craft stores like ones that begin with M...
The Hobby Lobby in Arden Arcade is one of the Hobby Lobby stores I love to check out because it is so close to my work. The store is as big as the rest of the Hobby Lobby in Sacramento. It is spotless and organized with many home decoration items, furniture, and other household items in stock. I have always found something I like every time when I come to visit the store. The employees are helpful here. The parking lot is safe, clean, and easy to get parking near the store.
This place is clean and well organized. The employees seem busy to the point of being overwhelmed. Still, they seem happy to help, and you will need help. The place seems so large, because it has so many things. Crazy overwhelmed, or maybe that's just the perspective of a first timer. Shopping for scrapbooking supplies was easy here. Prices seemed decent with no comparison in mind. So, checkout was kinda busy. With at least 4 lanes open, I had about 7 minutes to wait. Last bu not least, no tap to pay boo! I have an update last week of business half off sale. It may already be closed, sad to see it go!
