We recently purchased a dining set from Hold It, and although the wrong table and chairs were delivered at first, the way the team handled the situation was outstanding. With the holidays approaching, we were disappointed, but their response completely changed the experience for the better. Within hours, Dwayne invited us back to the showroom to review options and brought in multiple staff members including the vice president (Luca) and his supervisor (Rachael) to help resolve the mix-up. They quickly identified the issue, took responsibility, and offered us a loaner dining set so we wouldn’t be without one during the holiday season. Their professionalism and urgency made a stressful situation feel manageable. We were genuinely impressed by how prompt, attentive, and accommodating everyone was. Alex helped me put together this small space, We call our family room. The cowhide rug, petrified wood table, and two club chairs came from Hold It. I love the unique pieces Hold It always offers. Ask for Alex, he is awesome!!!
